The Road to GR:   "In 1978, my former boss who had joined GR, contacted me because he knew that it offered the environment I wanted. At GR, the ultimate concern is to assist clients to succeed and perform as their problem solver. I came to the Firm over 20 years ago as a senior, and in 1985 I was elected into the partnership. I've watched GR grow from a total of 40 employees to over 120, forming the largest non-national firm in the Delaware Valley area. Although we've tripled in size, we remain dedicated to giving each client personal attention."
Best Part of Working at GR:   "The training courses we have each year not only provide levels of technical expertise for compliance issues, but also emphasize the knowledge and expertise our staff needs in other business matters to help our clients. And the Partners are not dismissed from "school." Over the years we have "gone back to school" to continue learning new topics, methodologies and issues to stay in the forefront of providing our clients with the important information they need."

The Road to GR:   "I began my career in public accounting in 1998, working for a local firm in Chicago. After spending almost six years working on assurance, tax, and consulting engagements I chose to focus my career on taxation. After spending time working in the tax department of a large, national public accounting firm I came to GR. I enjoyed GR's pragmatic and principled approach to business, the dedication to quality client service, the commitment to its employees - coupled with the firm's strong sense of community awareness. These are all values I believe a CPA firm should sustain and everyday I see evidence that GR is committed to preserving that environment and culture."
Best Part of Working at GR:   "This is a very people-centric organization. The firm promotes a work-life balance and invests heavily in the education and training of its employees. I truly feel like a valued member of the team here and don't feel reduced to a number in the crowd. There are also a lot of great mentors here for me to learn from."
