STEPHEN F. RAAB, CPA, MA, ABV, ASA, is Partner-in-Charge of GR's Business Valuations Services. Steve has extensive experience performing business valuations for a variety of closely-held businesses. He is also the Partner-in-Charge of Entrepreneurial Business Solutions at the Firm. This group provides accounting, tax and consulting services to closely-held businesses which do not require an audit.

Steve is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Society of Appraisers, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and PKF North American Network. He is also active in his community as Treasurer for the Men of Malvern, a member of the Fundraising Committee for Our Lady of Sacred Heart Parish, and both a Trustee and Treasurer of the Bucks County Historical Society.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island. Steve is accredited in business valuations through the AICPA and American Society of Appraisers.
