JAY L. WEINSTEIN, CPA, MBA, MST, is GR's Managing Partner, and serves as Partner-in-Charge of Services to Technology Companies. He works with entrepreneurs in the technology industry, assisting growing companies with mergers and acquisitions, risk management, research and development reporting, stock compensation planning, and personnel staffing. Jay also has significant expertise in the manufacturing sector, helping his clients achieve maximum profitability.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the PICPA, the MAC Alliance, and PKF North American Network.

In his community, Jay sits on the Board of Directors of Stern Hebrew High School and Federation Housing, sits as Treasurer of Philomel, and is a member of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. He is also on the Board of New American Bank.

Jay is a graduate of Temple University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree and his Master's of Business Administration degree in Economics. He also received a Master's degree in Taxation from Villanova University.
