DAVID A. GRUBER, CPA, is Partner-in-Charge
of GR's Not-For-Profit Services Division and has earned
a reputation for his expertise and ability to solve the
unique problems encountered by nonprofits. David delivers
a wide range of services to clients, including implementing
cost and management information systems, profit improvement
plans, budgetary controls, and business advice on specific
program issues. He is able to take technical concepts
and relate them to everyday experiences to help clients
achieve success.
David is a published author, contributing
articles on a number of important accounting topics
to various industry journals. He is frequently requested
to speak on nonprofit accounting and auditing topics
to the members of the PICPA, the Pennsylvania Community
Providers Association, the Pennsylvania Association
of Nonprofit Organizations (PANO), and the Pennsylvania
Bar Institute. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania
Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania
Community Providers Association, the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants, and PKF North American
Network.
David is active in the community as
Treasurer of both Penndel Mental Health and the United
Cerebral Palsy Association of Philadelphia. The American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants has awarded
him certificates in "Educational Achievement"
in Not-for-Profit Accounting and Governmental Accounting
and Taxation.
A graduate of the University of Virginia,
David received a Bachelor of Science degree with honors
in Accounting.
