FRANK J. PILEGGI, CPA, is a Partner in
GR's Tax Division. He has extensive experience in performing
all facets of tax planning, research and compliance for
a broad spectrum of clients. His areas of practice specialization
include real estate development, manufacturing and distribution,
tax planning for individuals and closely held businesses,
and state and local taxation.
Frank has conducted seminars on a variety
of topics including business entity structuring, taxation
of S corporations, FAS 109 and tax research through
the use of computer technology. He has also lectured
at many area universities, business and professional
organizations and financial institutions. Frank has
written several tax articles that have been published
in various industry journals.
The Pennsylvania Institute of Certified
Public Accountants has recognized Frank for his instrumental
role in the development of the Tax Assistance Program
for Reservists and National Guard Members serving in
the U.S. armed forces.
He is a member of the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute
of Certified Public Accountants, PKF North American
Network and the Association for Corporate Growth. He
is involved in the community as a Walk-for-Life Team
Leader for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
Frank is an honors graduate of Drexel
University, where he received a Bachelor of Science
degree in Accounting.
