Effective August 1, 2008, Goldenberg Rosenthal LLP has combined with Amper, Politziner & Mattia, CPAs, a large regional accounting firm headquartered in Edison, New Jersey. The combination is a key part of our plan to expand into new market areas, broaden our client base, improve our service capabilities and provide our employees with more opportunities for professional development and advancement.
Founded in 1965 and now one of the largest accounting firms in the Northeast, Amper, Politziner & Mattia is a highly respected organization with great people, deep client relationships and a reputation for outstanding client service. Amper excels at providing a broad range of accounting and business advisory services, with especially strong expertise in technology, public company audits, risk identification, international tax and audit services. These strengths complement and reinforce our own, allowing us to provide clients with enhanced resources to serve their needs.
As a result of the combination, our new firm will be one of the largest in the country — listed as a Top 25 firm with 84 partners, 600 total employees and annual revenue of $113 million. With our existing office, the new firm has eight locations in the New York — New Jersey — Philadelphia corridor.
